Good questions
The things people most often want to know before they reach out. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Both. Many of our patients prefer the convenience and privacy of telehealth, and we offer in-person appointments as well. We'll find what works for your life.
We listen. The first appointment is unhurried and thorough — your history, your pressures, what's been going on, and what "well" looks like for you. No rushing to a prescription. It's the foundation for everything that follows.
When it's the right fit, yes — thoughtfully and conservatively. Medication is one tool among several. Some patients need it, some don't, and many do best with a blend of approaches. We tailor the plan to you, never the other way around.
Yes. Adult ADHD assessment and management is a core focus, especially for high-performing professionals who have spent years compensating. We take the time to assess properly rather than rushing to label.
We operate as a private-pay practice to keep appointments longer and care more personal, and we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We'll be transparent about fees before you commit to anything.
Completely. We are HIPAA-conscious in how the practice and this website are built, and your information is never shared without your consent, outside of the narrow legal exceptions every clinician is bound by.
We respond to consultation requests within one business day and aim to get you scheduled promptly. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 right away — we are not an emergency service.
